Bio
There are many things that I love about working in Christian education. I am grateful for the opportunity to invest my time and energy in being a resource for my students. I enjoy teaching the social studies courses, especially US History and World History, and the interactions with students and fellow staff are what make the long hours of evening and weekend work worthwhile. It’s also great to have a captive audience for my cheesy jokes.
Outside of school, I enjoy watching baseball and football, and I have ambitions to read more books, to watch more movies, and to explore more of Wisconsin.
Testimony
I was raised in a Christian home and trusted Christ at a young age. Like many people, I struggled with my assurance for many years. One verse that helped me to move past those doubts is 1 Timothy 6:12, which says, “Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” I find great encouragement reassurance in the knowledge that God has called me to eternal life. I am sustained not by my own faltering strength, but by an all-powerful, loving Savior.
